The Notime platform enables online dealers to automate the process of delivery of goods to their customers. Notime pick up the ordered goods from the online retailer and deliver it to the customers using their fleet of cargo bike couriers.

Challenge #1
Design app that helps dispatcher to monitor the progress of couriers and coordination of shipments.
The job of the dispatcher is to manually assist drivers, as a way of backup of notime algorithms. He needs to be able to track a large number of drivers in order to easily check their progress and to handle communication. He needs to be able to see problem reports in real-time and have a way to solve the issues right in the app.
Dashboard

Tour
The dispatcher can see the couriers on the map and can track their progress on the timeline. He can see scheduled time slots for the deliverables and react if there is any problem that can delay the delivery. A chat is the quick messaging done between dispatcher and couriers in the tour view. The dispatcher can communicate with couriers while still monitoring live situations on the map and on the timeline.

Messages
For a more dedicated messaging experience and in situations when the maintaining of live situation is not mandatory, there is a messenger. A full featured messenger comes with chat rooms, drivers profiles, shared file histories, and more.

Challenge #2
Design an app for the couriers so they can follow their shipping routes and tasks.
Cargo bike drivers can set their working hours one week ahead of time. Based on conditions, the Notime algorithms schedule the delivery tasks and gives the routes. While they are on the go, they are extremely limited in their ability to interact with the app, but they need to be able to track routes, tasks, and time left. The ideal time for them to check-in is when they arrive at the destination..
Soultion
The Mobile app is designed by Google Material Guidelines, Floating Action Button has been used for crucial actions to navigate courier through the flow with minimum taps required. Navigation is structured with 4 top level navigational tabs: Dashboard, Tour, Messages and Availability.
Dashboard as the overview and job resume short-link, Tour and Messages are used to assist the worker on the go and availability is where they set their future working hours.

Availability
The driver has control over his own working hours. He can set his availability one week in advance.

Tour
Tour is a gamified section of the app. Once the driver plays it, it loads the “next destination” screen, where he got information about his next destination, about the task, and the amount of time he has left. Once his current task is completed, he proceeds to the next destination. He can also report a problem, or ask dispatcher for a bit more time.

From the “next destination” screen, a driver is able to press on “get directions” icon. This will lead him to turn-by-turn navigation that performs in full screen mode with sound directions so he can drive without need to touch the device. After arriving at his destination, he’s prompted with shipment details and when it’s done successfully, he will be proceeded to the details about his next destination. In that way he is able to go trough the tasks with minimum interaction required from him.

Styles
Color palette is extended from branding to help with identifying drivers on the screen. Interactive map in zoom levels was stylized in Mapbox. You can check it here
